The karyotype syntax parser is a work in progress and will not give any conclusive answers about the correctness of a given karyotype. We try our best to extend the parser to cover as much of ISC1995 as possible. If you find that the parser is returning an unexpected result please let us know and we will look into it. Suggestions and error reports are welcome at madsh@medgen.ku.dk.
